With the recent involvement of strategic partners and investors, Islander has been kicked off with its roadmap made public. Today, we will meet the experts who are “the mind and the might” behind the scene, those who will ensure the success of Islander.

Viet Anh Tran — Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Viet Anh is a founder of Islander, but he is also a founder of Spiderum, a successful publishing platform for Vietnamese youths. Expert in business development and community building. Deep interest in blockchain technology with 3 years of experience working with various projects. A leader whose actions speak for himself. A visionary who always wants to set the trend. Also a boxer if that counts.
Thuy Nga Le — Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Also a cofounder of Spiderum, Nga has been working closely with Islander’s CEO — Viet Anh for years to make Spiderum the market leader. She has been a key member in Spiderum’s operation from the beginning. Well organized, goal-oriented, and a fast learner with high adaptability. Her experience working with international markets is vital to Islander’s marketing strategy. Well known for her strict attention to detail, but has a soft spot for cats.
Miller — Chief Technology Officer
A tech savvy and a veteran software developer with more than 10 years of experience, 3 of those in competitive programming and 5 in blockchain technology. Proficient in multiple languages, including C++, Java, JavaScript… and the ability to work with vast amounts of frameworks. Miller’s dedication to Agile and Extreme Programming makes him a valuable asset to any team, from startup production to enterprise software.
Lam Vu — Lead UX/UI Design
Lam has been a key member of Islander since the concept phase of the project. A versatile Designer, has been through many projects, from E-commerce website to Reading Application. His deep understanding of UX/UI principles has brought many projects to life, including Islander.
Linh Le — Senior Full-stack Developer
15 years of experience in software development, .NET and JavaScript are his specialties. His work ethic is admired among his peers. Not afraid to dive head first into a difficult project, willing to work long hours to get things done. That is why we often see him first in the office with his headphones on, his monitor filled with lines of code. Also the last one to leave the office, his headphones still on, but with a video game on his monitor. A boardgame hoarder too.
Kevin — Senior Front-end Developer
Kevin’s love for technology and visuals made him pursue a career in front end development. The entirety of Kevin’s working time is spent to ensure the most seamless experience he could achieve for his users. 7 years of experience in software development, proficient in JavaScript and front-end frameworks: ReactJS, VueJS, React-Native. Kevin’s motto is “work smart and work hard”, hence his approaches are always lean, efficient, and effective.
Minh Luong — Back-end Developer
5 years of experience in software development, with 3 of those in competitive programming. Minh is the youngest developer in the team, yet his contribution is essential to the development of Islander. A keen learner with proficiency in several languages: JavaScript, C, C++, Python… A problem solver who always strives to resolve the highest level cause. Outside of work, he is a movie goer and a skillful drawer.
Truong Tang — Digital Marketing and Product Localization Specialist
With 12 years of experience in the localization industry, Truong has been through many campaigns in a lot of different markets. A veteran digital marketer with a data-oriented skillset, including marketing automation, data analysis, and SEM/SEO management. His goal is to make Islander a global product with users from all over the world.
