September, 19th, 2021 — Islander is proud to announce that our seed funding round is officially closed, and we will receive investment and cooperation from AVATAR (Avalanche Asia VCs), Spark Digital Capital, and Avalaunch. Avatar and Spark are our strategic investors, who directly fund the project while Avalunch also works with Islander as a development partner with their technologies and platforms.
With these veterans of the industry on board, their financial and technological investments in Islander will be allocated to develop Islander’s products and services. The first milestone we hope to achieve is to launch the platform by the end of October 2021 with the following core features implemented:

- Islander provides project owners with tracking tools

Recently, Avalanche has received $230M in investment from Polychain and Three Arrow Capitals to expand their ecosystem. This will also bring Islander, as a part of the ecosystem, a huge opportunity to connect with other partners since the primary feature of our platform is to help crypto projects accelerate their marketing efforts in an innovative way.
