ERC20 tokens can be transferred from Ethereum to Avalanche’s C-Chain and vice versa using the Avalanche Bridge. You will need a compatible cryptocurrency wallet, such as MetaMask, to connect with the AVAX official Bridge. Check out this guide to learn how to set it up properly.
Note: The MetaMask Mobile app has a problem that impacts bridge transactions (only on mobile). Please do not use the MetaMask mobile app for bridge transfers until this issue is rectified. Use the desktop only, or if you are on a mobile device, you should use Coinbase Wallet.
